Alexis Sanchez has traveled to Paris, fueling speculations that he is closing in on a move to Paris Saint Germain.

The Chilean is top of the French giants summer transfer wishlist and they are reportedly prepared to pay more than £50m to sign him. However, Wenger has no intention to sell and has warned suitors off the forward

Manchester City were first to indicate their interest in Sanchez but Arsenal made it clear that he won’t be sold to a rival which handed PSG the advantage. It appears the French giants have now stepped up their interest in the forward.

Earlier today, reports in France claimed PSG are close to reaching an agreement with Sanchez’ entourage, which will see him earn around £300,000 weekly at the French and Footbal.London are now claiming the Chilean was spotted in Paris as his representatives hope to finalize a deal with the French club.

Although, PSG still have to agree a fee with Arsenal, they are confident of signing the Chilean before the end of the transfer window.

It is barely seven days that Wenger stated he is confident of Sanchez staying at the Emirates but this report will come as bad news to Gooners.

This will be a tough test of Wenger’s determination to hold on to the forward. Arsenal are currently done with their Asia preseason tour and news that Sanchez who is supposed to be on holiday is in Paris trying to push through a move wouldn’t go down well with the boss.

Let him go. This saga is becoming disruptive to team morale and the team always comes before the individual.
The only caveat is that he brings a fee in excess of 70 million pounds. If the potential of M’Bappe is worth 100 million pounds, then the proven product of Sanchez is worth the same minus some for his age.
