Arsenal manger Arsene Wenger is considering leaving his post as the club’s manager due to fans protest.

Wenger has been in Charge of the club since 1996 leading the team to its last league title in 2004. The French man failed to guide the team to win a trophy until 2014 when he won the FA Cup.

However, the fans believe the club should be competing for major trophies and with the team failing to live up to expectations in the title race, Wenger has come under serious criticism from fans and the French man is beginning to consider his future at the club.

Wenger’s contract at Arsenal expires at the end of next season and the manager is yet to open talks on a new contract.

The Board has given him their full backing despite the poor run of form but he is unhappy due to growing unrest amongst the supporters.

According to the Daily Star, Wenger is determined to carry on as the club’s manager but knows he will be forced out should the fans continue to protest.

The board are prepared to back the manager should he continue but won’t stand on his way should he decide to resign at the end of the season.
