If this report is true it means the Gunners are currently looking for Spanish left-back replacement at the Emirates.

According to Daily Mirror, They suggest Arsenal are sweeping in for Barcelona’s team B captain Alex Grimaldo.

The talented left-back could follow the likes of Cesc Fabregas and Hector Bellerin, who moved away from Barca to north London for first team action and they have been successful in their trade.

The 20-year-old Captain has also refuse to pen down a new deal insisting he is ready for first team action which Barca are not prepared to give to him now.

Grimaldo is regarded as one of the most talented young  defender in Europe and his brilliance on the pitch has attracted Arsene Wenger, according to Daily Mirror

However, his deal is due to expire next year summer and he has refused to pen a new deal.
