Arsenal are undoubtedly on the lookout for world class stars ahead of next season. But the Gunners themselves will also lose a few of their stars as well.
Arsenal could be dealt a major blow if reports according to the Mail that Jack Wilshere could exit the Emirates Stadium in the summer are to be believed.
Wilshere who has been injured for several months returned to starting action for Arsene Wenger’s side in the goalless draw against Sunderland in midweek, but is said to be unhappy at his current position at Arsenal.
The England international is currently behind Santi Cazorla, Francis Coquelin, Aaron Ramsey and Mesut Ozil is the midfield pecking order at Arsenal and is reportedly frustrated at not getting enough game time since his return from an ankle surgery.
The Mail says the 23-year-old may seek a move away from the Emirates for more first team opportunities, with Manchester City and Liverpool all admirers of the Arsenal youth product.
Arsenal are reportedly looking to release some players at the end of the season to free up space and funds for marquee signings in the summer and Wilshere may be included in the list out-going players.
