Arsenal have rejected a £10m bid from West Brom for Kieran Gibbs, according to reports.

Gibbs is expected to leave Arsenal this summer but none of his suitors have matched his valuation.

He was left out of the team that traveled to China for the preseason tour, with the club hoping to reach an agreement with a buyer before the team returns to England but that hasn’t been possible.

Arsenal ended it’s tour against Chelsea but still have Gibbs on its books, with the club recently rejecting a £10m bid from West Brom for the defender.

Pulis considered Gibbs as his best left back target before making a bid for the defender but he has now cooled his interest after his club’s offer was rejected.

Sky Sports claim Arsenal told West Brom to up their offer to £12m but Pulis has ruled out returning with an improved offer.

“We won’t be signing Kieran Gibbs,” the Baggies boss said when asked about his pursuit of Gibbs.

“We have to look for players that fit what we want to do and the way we want to play. We have three or four other targets we are desperate for.

“We are juggling with two at the moment and that’s not Gibbs. Hopefully by the time we get back home we will have done those two.”

West Brom are not the first club to drop their interest in Gibbs because of Arsenal’s valuation.

Watford showed interest in the defender earlier in the summer but were forced to drop their interest after Arsenal asked them to pay £15m.

Gibbs has one year left in his contract and has been told he won’t be offered a new deal. He made just eight appearances for Arsenal last season and will now have to leave the club after the arrival of Sead Kolasinac.
