Argentina and Sevilla central midfielder Ever Banega will only join Arsenal if Unai Emery assures him that he will be a regular starter, according to reports.
Emery is leading a squad overhaul at Arsenal and he has focused on reinforcing the defense, but he knows his backline will only do well if the central midfielders provide adequate cover for them.
