Reported Arsenal target Sebastien Corchia says he is aware of interest from the Premier League.

The Lille right-back has been linked with a summer move to the Emirates as a replacement for Hector Bellerin, who is wanted by Barcelona.

The rumours of Arsenal’s search for a right back in the summer has been fueled by suggestions that Mathieu Debuchy is set to leave the Emirates Stadium at the end of the season and Carl Jenkinson’s failure to impress at the Emirates.

And the France international Corchia admits he would be open to a move to England.

“I won’t mention any names, but yes, I have heard about interest from English clubs, but to be honest I don’t know what will happen,” he told Goal.

“The Premier League is, of course, an interesting league at a great level but so is Spain, Italy and Germany, like our own Ligue 1.

“A lot of French players have done well in England, and coming from the very physical Ligue 1, I think maybe it is not so difficult for French players to adapt to the style of the Premier League”
