According to reports, Henrikh Mkhitaryan has rejected a new contract offer from Borussia Dortmund and has agreed to sign for Arsenal.
BILD says the Armenia star has turned down BVB’s new contract proposal and had his head turned by Premier League interest, where Arsenal and Chelsea have been in touch in recent weeks.
The report also claim the skillful winger preferred a move to Arsenal over Chelsea; with the later unable to provide the 27-year-old star Champions League Football.
There has also been reports that Mkhitaryan admires the playing style of Arsenal over Chelsea as they play similar football with BVB, and is keen on working with veteran manager Arsene Wenger at the Emirates.
Other fresh reports claim the deal is as good as done and would be announced by Arsenal in the coming days.
