Arsenal have been handed a major boost in their pursuit of long time striker target.
According to fresh reports, Real Madrid are willing to sell the French striker this summer.
Arsenal reportedly failed with a bid of £45million for Benzema last week, but the Spanish giants are beginning to accept that they may have to let the player leave.
Arsene Wenger is keen on bringing the 27-year-old to Emirates Stadium this summer and was initially encouraged when Rafael Benitez took charge at the Bernabeu due to his interest in playing Cristiano Ronaldo as a central striker.
The Metro claims that Real president Florentino Perez will allow the striker to move to Arsenal if they up their offer towards £50million.
