Arsenal have been handed a major boost to land Ligue 1 star Layvin Kurzawa this summer.
According to the Metro, Arsenal have been cleared to snap up Monaco full-back Kurzawa; after the player told the French club that he wants to leave at the end of the season.
Although, the Gunners have no serious need for a left full-back at the moment, with the duo of Nacho Monreal and Kieran Gibbs both available options for Arsene Wenger.
However, the Arsenal boss is reportedly keen on a serious League title charge next season and so is set to properly stock his side with quality options at the end of this term.
Kurzawa, 22, has greatly impressed for Monaco this season with 34 Ligue 1 appearances, but is set for a summer exit away from the Principality club.
Arsenal are on red alert and could table a bid for the defender in the coming weeks now that the French international has decided to exit the Stade Louis II at the end of the season.
